Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address (email sign-up), or your Google / X account identifier and display name (social sign-in), plus the display name and GGPoker / PPPoker usernames you save in your profile.
• Wallet & play data — balances, deposits, withdrawals, conversion requests, bets and game results, and the TRON transaction IDs of your on-chain deposits.
• Technical data — IP address and basic device information, used for security and fraud prevention only.

2. How we use it

• To operate your wallet, settle games, and process desk requests.
• To protect the Club — fraud detection, one-account enforcement, and dispute resolution.
• We never sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Storage & cookies

• Your member session is a token stored in your browser's localStorage ("trx-member"). Clearing browser data logs you out.
• We set a first-party HttpOnly cookie trx_vid to count unique visitors and protect against abuse. It is signed by our servers, not shared with third parties, and lasts up to two years or until you clear site cookies.
• Account and play records are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
• On-chain data (deposit transactions) is public by nature of the TRON blockchain.

4. Third parties

We rely on: Cloudflare (hosting), TronGrid / TronScan (blockchain data), and Google / X (optional sign-in — governed by their own policies). Each receives only the minimum necessary to provide its service.

5. Retention & your rights

• Financial records are retained as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling.
• You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we must keep) by contacting the desk on Telegram.
